Reed in Partnership was founded in 1998 and since that time has been delivering programs to help the unemployed, single parents and people on health related benefits find sustainable work. We are one of the largest welfare-to-work providers in the UK with offices now in Poland, France and Germany.
We are part of the Reed family of companies, a leading international recruitment, HR services and training provider with operations across the world. Reed Specialist Recruitment has been operating from Melbourne since 2000 and in Sydney from 2007 and has worked with many employers in Australia.
Our approach is guided by our understanding of employer needs. This allows us to create tailored recruitment and retention solutions which successfully move people into the labour market. In total, we have worked with over 25,000 employers ranging from local businesses to large multi-national corporations.
As a people led business, we know that everyone’s situation is different. That’s why our programs create individually tailored paths into employment. We break down barriers to work by giving people the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to find lasting employment; using the most creative and innovative methods in our sector.
